WIFI channels keep changing full fibre very slow speeds

Hello

I had the auto optimisation switched of originally for the standard broadband it made a big difference allowing me to choose the channels.

So 3 months ago I upgraded to full fibre 2.4ghz and 5g we use and the speeds and connections have gone worse. I checked and the channels are changing again and this is causing really slow speeds and connection problems.

Please can I request the auto optimisation to be switched off for my router so I can manually select the channels to get my full fibre back to speeds and connections?

Hi @Welshy_Pete your post has been escalated and you should hear soon. From recent posts it looks as though the community staff have lost the ability to do this but I'm sure they will do their best to assist.
