If this is Digital Voice, this can only be ordered at the time of taking out Full Fibre with the CityFibre network. If you mean that you want VoIP with a separate VoIP provider, that is between you & that company.

You do have to request it a the point of making the order.

At the moment its not possible to add VOIP afterwards.
