Thanks. I have now manage to get hold of someone on live chat and hopefully got it sorted. I am told that there maybe a system error as to why my SuperSafe boost has not been cancelled even though I did on 24th May.

Super Safe Boost

Hello. I cancelled SuperSafe boost on 23rd May and received a reply to say that it was actioned. However, it's now the 6th June and my account is still showing I have it and I will be paying £6 a month for it. I have tried a number of times since then to cancel it, but my account still shows it to be active. What do I do to get this sorted. I would like to make sure that I am not charged for something I cancelled. When I try to sort out problems via live chat I am waiting a long time for someone to answer me and often I don't get a reply at all, hence this request. Thanks.
