    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>eero not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We were sent an additional eero to improve the coverage in our house.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We plugged it in to begin pairing it with our existing one, and all it does is flash yellow, which the instructions say means is an unapproved USBC power source - we plugged it in with the lead provided.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We can't get it to do anything else - is it broken?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
