Buffering on iPlayer, ITVX, etc on iPad

The last 2 night, I have experienced buffering on attempting to use iPlayer, ITVX, etc. is this a broadband speed issue. I have full fibre broadband.

The speed of the broadband is fine, this could be a local Wi-Fi issue.

with Wi-Fi devices there are two parts to the connection. There is the broadband signal coming into the router, then there is the Wi-Fi signal from the router to your device.

Wi-Fi can be affected by the distance from the router, any walls or floors the signal has to pass through. Any interference from other Wi-Fi devices, either in your own home or nearby, or even electrical devices in use between your router and the device, such as hair dryers, microwave ovens etc.

Check the Wi-Fi signal reception at different points in your home to see if you have weak spots in specific areas.
