      <title>Download speed regularly decreased from 516 Mbps to 94 Mbps</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on a 500Mbps package however I noticed in the last few months that my speed at the modem is automatically reduced to 94 every couple of week or so.&amp;nbsp; I see this on the Eero app and when running a speed test the low speed is confirmed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To remedy this I have to restart the Eero router or unplug the modem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Considering that I pay for 500Mbps I wonder why this keeps happening, and what may be causing it and how to fix it once and for all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TalkTalk can't certainly expect their customer to reboot their router every time the speed goes down, or can they?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for looking into this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Can I just check, does your eero have the latest software update? This can affect the speed. You can check the updates in the eero app.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can connect a device such as a laptop directly to the ONT with an Ethernet cable bypassing the eero. I'm just suggesting that you could do this just long enough to run a couple speed tests&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
