      <title>Red light on LOS full fibre</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm on full fibre 900 and everything had been working fine for over a year until this morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Red light on LOS, no light on PON, Lan and power green. No internet. Router is stating everything is ok but not internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Contacted support but they won't do anything as I'm not using an eero router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this normal and is there anything else i can do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Forcing people to use a single brand of router seems poor service to me. We have an old house and most systems don't work well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried powering down the ONT and the router and then retested again?&lt;/P&gt;
