    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was expecting a call from the bank and was surprised they hadn't called, which I thought was poor customer service.&amp;nbsp; On the offchance I decided to check messages even though there was no indication of having any voicemails.&amp;nbsp; I discovered eight, including the bank, though there had been no indication of voicemails ; the first was from a fortnight ago.&amp;nbsp; The others were all important.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has Talktalk changed the dial tone for voicemails?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Now if I check 1571 or 1471 I just get a deadtone, also if I try and rring a number.&amp;nbsp; I seem to be able to ring in from a mobile.&amp;nbsp; THis is a serious problem as I need to be contactable and able to phone out on the landline for the sake of a seriously ill relative.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
