Move Location of ONT Box

I have moved into a house that already had Talk Talk fibre installed but for some bizarre reason it has been installed into an upstairs bedroom which I find inconvenient.

how do I get this moved to a room downstairs instead?

It will be organised by Talktalk for you - they will send the appropriate engineer.

If it had been a traditional BT master socket, this would be the charge for sending our an Openreach engineer:

The charge may well be different for the Full Fibre ONT.
