    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is it when trying to test broadband it says they cannot process and to try again later. This seems to mean you cannot report a fault. If the test had suggested a problem the clock would be ticking.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there another way to report a fault? I cannot find a phone number and the online process fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
