Internet drops out constantly

The internet continually drops out for 5 mins then comes back on, this has been consistent for 3 days now. No problems with router or ONT for what I can see. Location is York on the 910mb connection. Tried resets on hardware and firmware all upto date on hardware.

Can I just check, do the lights change or go out on the ONT and router when this happens?

Looks like there the same, stay green on ONT and router stays white, wether that would be different if the drop out lasted longer I don't know.
