    <description>&lt;P&gt;My internet dropped out 24 hours ago, we have completed all the connection and router checks as advised on line.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The router is either flashing amber or constant amber.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; The TT advisor on chatbot has booked an engineer to attend on the 15th August.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I suggested maybe the router is faulty and was advised it was fine.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My husband in a router from EE and it was showing the solid white light.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I work from home and cannot do without internet for 2 weeks!&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
