      <title>Fiber down in London SE12</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My connection suddenly dropped today at 13:38 in SE12&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anybody else experiencing it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've restarted the fiber and rebooted the Eero, however router led is still red.&lt;BR /&gt;Fiber box has 3 leds green instead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've been in touch with the support team via chat, this is the open case REP-14576002.&lt;BR /&gt;The operator told me the case has been escalated to Openreach.&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
