      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Full Fibre appears to have been down since Sunday. All lights look fine on the ONT, but I'm getting a solid red light on the Eero router even after rebooting. I’ve spoken to the Freedom Fibre team on the phone and they said they’d had a lot of calls from our area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They talked me through resetting the ONT, which didn’t work, and they said they would be sending out an email with updates.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
