I have cancelled my broad band but not received a return bag, how do I get one

The support team here can arrange for one to be sent, but they may not pick this up until after the Bank Holiday.

Make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
