Hello,

Thanks for your post. Are they both the same models? You should be able to add the new eero to create a mesh network to improve the wifi coverage.

I have just upgraded from fibre 500 to fibre 900 and received a new eero router. Is this an additional router? Do i need to unplug existing eero which i got with fibre 500? Or do i place new eero elsewhere in house??

Yes both appear to be the same eero pro 6. I connected the 2nd router last night via bluetooth. It has solid white light but the app is now showing that the new eero is offline? Not sure why?

Hello,

Did you follow the steps below?

You can add as many eero's to your network as you need. If you ever need to remove or replace an eero device on your network, it's really easy to do this in your eero app.

Adding an eero

Here's how to add a new eero to your existing network:

Open your eero app
Select the blue plus icon in the top right of your screen
Now select Add or Replace eero Devices
Select Add eero Device
Follow the in-app instructions to add the eero to your network

Thanks

Michelle
