Sign in error showing please help ASAP

I have moved homes and the go live date of today (03/09/2024).Wifi is connected However, when I try to connect any devices to the internet, I get a notification saying I need to sign in. When trying to do so, I get the error message "You do not have permission to view this directory or page". This is on the webpage connectionerror.testingbb.com/bbstatus.aspx

How to fix it or when I'll be able to connect my Internet
