      <description>&lt;P&gt;As I understand it they are locked to the account of the TalkTalk customer to whom it was first registered. That eBay seller really shouldn't have been selling it on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Honestly, you cannot expect any further support here. TalkTalk won't be able to advise if the eero is not connected to their network. My personal view is that this was a requirement when Amazon and TalkTalk agreed to provision of eero devices at what must be heavily discounted prices. The locking procedure was thus designed to prevent such as your eBay seller cashing in on a valuable piece of kit.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
