I wonder why did TalkTalk send you an eero? If all is working well with the Hub and phone connected then it may well be better to stay with that set up.

I currently have a Talk Talk Wi-Fi hub . There is a port on the back of this router that allows connection to my land line telephone and all is working well . Talk talk have now sent me an Eero router . On the back of the router , there is not a port that allows for the fitting of the telephone connection . How do I connect my telephone to the new Eero ?

You will get a reply from experts but I looked into this and to get the voice with the eero you need another bit of equipment (supplied by talktalk ) that will also need plugging into the mains for its own power.

You'll need to be sent a Digital Voice Adapter, @Superq53.

Staff will respond after the weekend.

I think the OP must have recently upgraded to a new package, which package defaults to using an Eero.

Bill

Hi Superq53,

It looks as though you were sent a Digital voice adapter when you first went live with your Full FIbre service
