    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Michelle - a new update has appeared this morning so will begin the update now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only one EERO product, and the connectivity issue only relates to the device that has to use a VPN. The device is fine when using other WiFi networks, so must stem back to the router.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hopefully the update fixes things&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Cisco Any Connect VPN issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I work for a large corporate, and over the last week or so my Cisco Any Connect VPN keeps on disconnecting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It disconnects for a&amp;nbsp; minute and then reconnects, some times as often as every 5 minutes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've worked with my IT team and it is nothing to do with the laptop or connection, so it must stem from Talk Talk. I am using a eero router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Need to have this solved asap or will have to begin the process of switching over the weekend.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for the delay. How many eeros do you have please? How far is your laptop from the eero? Does it happen if you are located right next to the eero? Have you tried resetting the eero and then re-setting it back up again?&lt;/P&gt;
