      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I report that a fault is resolved? When I go to chat the bot has no idea what I'm trying to say. When I call I get into bot confusion again with extremely long wait times predicted. I have a text that asks me to reply but I can't because it's a pay number. I have an email asking me to call but I get into the long wait scenario.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any way I can just inform that the problem has been resolved quoting the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;REP number?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
