      <description>&lt;P&gt;Never had a problem when I was with BT. The person I was calling works in IT. The only thing he could come up with was a poor download speed. Today tested my speeds and TalkTalk thinks everything is ok.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So, all fine today. Sometimes Skype sends a feedback questionnaire immediately after a call - if the service you use does that, it's worth telling&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
