Unfortunately this has been known to happen on occasion. As far as I know the only thing you can do is place a new order.

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could advise. I placed an order on 31.08.24 for Fibre500 at £37.00 per month and the Amazon Eero router was sent. The engineer was due 13th September to connect but they never showed. I was told my order was stuck and someone would ring me. No one did and when I chased it today I was told my order was cancelled with no reason why. Apparently I was sent an email when I wasn't. Not sure what to do next, any advice?
