    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you all very much for your help. I've just received an email from yodel advising that an order has been placed and the router will be delivered in 48hrs. Not sure what happened with the live agent who was supposed to place the order, but in any event I am very grateful for the prompt and helpful responses in this chat.
