I upgraded to full fibre 150 today but I am still getting speeds of fibre 65. Help !

Did the installing engineer not check that all was working as it should be before leaving? The support team here will of course be happy to help when they pick this up tomorrow.

I had to install the new router myself.

OK, I may have misunderstood, did you not have an engineer install and which router have you now connected?

Hi simon,

Can I just confirm, did you already have an ONT installed for FTTP? If you do then have you tried powering down the ONT and router for a full 30 minutes and then retested the speeds again?

I had the ONT installed when I had fibre 65, will try powering it down later.
