    <description>&lt;P&gt;As a customer from Shell Energy, not only do I NOT get the 150Mbps speed promised, but I can never seem to check my account as the website does not complete the 'we're just checking you account' page. &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;They both reopen at 9am.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
