Could someone tell me how to actually contact talktalk. I have been round the site and can't even find anything like an online chat.

The Chat option will usually appear unless you have any pop up blockers active, so check that, you can also call our teams directly on 0345 172 0088 for most queries, or you can ask any question directly in the community.
