Hi centurion1, this is a known issue. Because the package you're on is only set to use Eero there is no fallback. That said I've sent a message over to the team to see if we can manipulate the system somehow.

Please bear with me on this. In late 2023, I had full fibre upgrade to Fibre 150 from FTTC via CityFibre. I had to be upgraded to a TT Hub 2 (Sagemcom i think). This was all ok. In May this year I renewed my fibre 150 but was sent an Eero router. I stated I didnt want this at the time of renewal, having just had the new router working perfectly fine think that it is just waste and someone else could use it. Its was sent back unopened and I had my £10 delivery fee refunded no problem.

Here is the issue, since then TT account still think I have the Eero router and the Homesafe settings wont apply. I want TT to think that I have my Hub 2 and be able to apply the homesafe settings as having young children, it worked great before without having to have software safeguards in each device.

How can I go about this?
