Like lots of others, I have had notification of an upgrade to full fibre that I do not want (I said no last year too, which appears to have been forgotten). How can I get written confirmation that no one from City Fibre will turn up at my door (which happened last time, despite a cancellation).

It's allegedly been cancelled via the online chat. Given they said that last time I'm not entirely convinced. Hopefully I'll get a letter to confirm.

Hi Arne (or colleague). Today I received another letter I forming me that I'd be getting the upgrade, NOT a cancellation confirmation.

Am I safe to ignore it or do I have to go back on the cancellation merry-go-round?
