It took me numerous phone calls to cancel it only for city fibre to turn up anyway texting saying they couldn’t gain access. I have now been given a new date and I won’t be in as it is a weekday again. I only have the option to move the date to another weekday. Could someone please cancel this all together until you start doing weekend/evening appointments.
