      <title>Upgrade Order to Full Fibre</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I completed an upgrade request to upgrade from Fibre 35 to Fibre 900 with Digital Voice on 28/10/24 with the engineer appointment being scheduled for 12/11/24 but as of today (08/11/24), I have yet to receive any further communication by email.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should I have received an update if the appointment is in 4 days?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
