My internet is so bad slow dropping buffing it's really bad pay for service not received I've been complaining for a week now they havd front send me bill and you can't get on home page lol

I'm sorry to hear this.

The line tests are clear - no faults detected. The connection also appears to be stable.

Is this only affecting the WIFI connection? Are wired connections stable?
