      <title>Internet down, flashing orange light</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried resetting, turning it off, support hasn’t answered back for almost an hour and I can’t speak to anyone on the phone. Ran a test and it has flagged a ‘problem’ but doesn’t state what the issue is or how to fix it. Anything I can try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
