Question

On the phone I had agreed to have my broadband installed on Friday 29th. Today I received a text saying that it will be installed on Monday 2nd. I will not be home for this as I am undergoing training on Monday. My landlord however, can be present in my place. I figure this will avoid the issue of rescheduling the appointment but I want to try and make sure it is okay beforehand so it’s not delayed any further.

Thanks in advance for any insight you can give.
