&lt;P&gt;That instruction is so the the engineer can run a test to ensure the connection works, the engineer has a timescale of 8am till 1pm. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Will you have access by 1pm?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am moving on 26th November, it said on email I must plug router in at 8.00 am. I doubt I will have the key that early in the day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They probably mean that your connection will be live&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;from&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;8am (at the earliest) that day, &lt;a href="https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/778376"&gt;@PearlWilldig&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;(it can take up to midnight) but if in doubt or needing clarification, ring 03451 720088 or use Chat to check.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Staff will not be back on here before Monday (25th).&lt;/P&gt;
