I’ve put in multiple requests on live chat for an additional eero/booster for my home due to lack of wifi range, both times I was told they had been ordered for me but still no sign of them after 6 working days of waiting each time.

Hi Chris, over a month now and still no sign of any delivery or confirmation of a booster being sent. Please could you make sure this happens as soon as possible. The current eero does not have the range to reach our boiler control unit (which I explained on live chat multiple times), which we need now the temperature has dropped. Many thanks.
