    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since 4/11/2024 I have been trying to renew my full fibre contract with TT, several times the order has been requested and the relevant paper has been sent to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A couple of days later I checked my account to find there was no order pending, I have tried to renew the order several times with no luck, TT say the order has been rejected but no reason given.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been told I will get a call back from TT to try and resolve the issue but never get a call back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stewart&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Best option would be to call the loyalty team on&amp;nbsp;03451720088 They will be able to look into this.&lt;/P&gt;
