I want upgrade my Fibre 65 to Fibre 900. When I do it online they write me engineer must come to my house and router will be sent by post. Question is can I book engineer appointment before my router come?

The Fibre900 would come with an Eero, and you really need that to have arrived just ahead of the engineer visit so that they are able to check that everything is up and running correctly after installation.

No point asking for it to arrive later, @Lenciks.

An engineer visit will be required for an upgrade to FTTP. An eero would be sent out by post before the installation.
