&lt;P&gt;Talktalk doesn't have deals that pay your early termination fees from another provider, though some of their voucher promises, if advertised at the time, may help mitigate the damage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You were in contract with EE and signed up to their Ts&amp;amp;Cs, so sadly, if you move provider when still in contract there's a penalty.&amp;nbsp; Only EE could waive some of it if you haggled with them, and they don't have to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ISPs have costs to manage too, which is why the best deals come with strings attached.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;To switch from EE they are charging me about 200 pounds, did anyone get help with this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
