      <title>Connection Keeps Dropping</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;About every hour my connection keeps dropping from every device in the house and only restarting the router solves the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The light remains solid white but no devices has any internet connection. It will come back after about half an hour on its own but inevitably cut out again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is the issue I’m having it’s absolutely shocking I can’t get anyone on the phone or on live chat. &amp;nbsp;I’m so angry never had this before they tested the line and &amp;nbsp;said it’s my home set up load of crap&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;To save yourself time, please make sure that your community profile includes your first &amp;amp; last names, Full Fibre account number &amp;amp; if possible an alternative contact number. This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Personal Profile &amp;gt; Personal Information&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account.
