WiFi constantly cutting out

Hi all,

WiFi is dropping every few minutes. I reset the router each time and it's driving us nuts. Can't use it. Any ideas?

Run a network health check on an eero, you can do the following:

Open the eero app
Tap the Settings tab
Select Help
Select the issue you're having, such as "My internet is slow" or "My internet connection drops"
Follow the prompts
View the results and suggested next steps

I'm sorry to hear this. Are you using the wifi hub or eero please? Does the light remain white when the connection drops out?

Alternative contact number

Michelle, I'm using WiFi hub and have a white light constantly but the internet is dropping out every 30 mins and I'm constantly resetting the router.

Thank you. Our engineers are currently investigating this and they have asked us to check if you are currently using any apple devices? If so then could you confirm what version of IOS is on the devices please?
