      <description>&lt;H1&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We use this site for work but today i cannot access it i get the following error message&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This site can’t provide a secure connection&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;datafile.screenconnect.com&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;sent an invalid response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL class=""&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been using it everyday for months&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H3&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The router is a TalkTalk Wi-Fi Hub 2&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never used the homeSafe&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can connect my laptop to my iPhone and i can connect to the screenconnect.com site using my phone&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, try changing the DNS server settings: login to the router and then click on See internet settings &amp;gt; Manage advanced settings &amp;gt; Internet connectivity &amp;gt; DNS IPv4. It will show Obtain DNS Automatically. Click on that and select Manually Specify DNS. Enter 8.8.8.8 in the Primary and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary server boxes. Click Apply at the bottom. Let us know if that helps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
