I was a shell migration customer if this means anything to you...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;None of your agents helped for over an hour until I got through to an Irish lad who set me up with a new account. No explanation has been given as to why my account was disconnected and quite frankly I want to leave talk talk now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you speak to the Shell Migration Team?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This team is dedicated to dealing with Shell customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You can speak to the dedicated Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (open 9am - 7pm), as staff here have limited or no access to the Shell systems.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When your call is answered be specific and ask for the Shell&amp;nbsp; migration team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
