      <description>&lt;P&gt;So city fibre have installed in my area but the box for my house was removed because they made a mess. They now can’t connect me because I have no box. How do I get them to come back and install the box outside the house properly. (This is the connection box for each house in the street not the one on your house)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This can be done by clicking on your Avatar picture and then clicking on "My Settings" followed by:-&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Personal Profile &amp;gt; Personal Information&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you &amp;amp; TalkTalk have visibility of your details.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
