£12 charge for keeping copper line

I have been given a month to get rid of my copper line connection or pay £12 per month but I am given no advice on what I replace my two old phones with. Can anyone help please?

If you move to Full Fibre (FTTP) you don't need to get rid of the phones, the video below explains why -

Do you use the phone?

The £12 is for the calling boost if you dont use the phone the boost can be removed
