      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On the bottom of your ONT is a factory reset button. Press and hold it for a few seconds (you’ll need a paperclip). See if a hard restart brings it back into sync.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
