      <title>Fibre not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My fibre has been down for 7 days. Can’t get through to TalkTalk on phone or live chat. Diagnosis checks via website are saying not available. I’m completely stuck and going round in circles. I get an automated message on live chat saying there are issues with routers showing white lights, when they are not working- message said engineers would resolve by ‘Friday’ (yesterday) . I’ve waited until today but it’s still not working and messsage still says ‘Friday’ - that’s another week! What’s going on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
