    <description>&lt;P&gt;Check this from a similar thread here in the forum -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just incase anyone else is having this problem, I also had this problem my internet would turn off every night at 12am and I had no idea why. If you log onto your talk talk account and go to my account then scroll down to where it says my security and click onto it and then scroll down and it will say homework time and mine was set to switch the internet off at 12am every day so I switched it off and my internet came back on. Side note I had to swipe down on my phone and switch the internet off and then back on and it was fine. Hope this helps someone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Midnight until one am... No network</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After spending several hours on different days, talking to chat agents I am still no further forward.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Like many others, my network spasmodically switches off at 00:00 and comes back on at 1 am. I have tried checking if it is Homework time, but I can't locate where I see if it is switched on or off, and the most recent chat agent could not help, so if someone would be so kind as to point me in the right direction, I would appreciate that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am on Full Fibre using eeros...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MY ACCOUNT has recently had a facelift.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;'Homework Time' is now very easy to get to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Login to MY ACCOUNT &amp;gt; Click 'Manage your WIFI security' &amp;gt; Scroll down &amp;gt; and you're there, Switch&amp;nbsp;'Homework Time' ON/OFF.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, it seems you are an Eero user, which might override the usual 'Homesafe' settings, or maybe not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are an Eero user?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EDIT: Sorry, you did mention in your original post that you ARE an Eero user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So there is a conflict between the normal security settings and the Eero security settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bill&lt;/P&gt;</description>
