Returning router

While I was trying to renew my contract a week ago I was told I would be sent a bag to return a Talktalk Wi-fi hub I no longer use. No bag has arrived yet. Does Talktalk want the wifi hub? I understand that older routers are not wanted but this one should still be of use. It's in its original box with all the cables.
