Upgrade from 150 to 500 - has not happened on go live date

So I upgraded from 150 to 500 and got confirmation email that the change was effective from yesterday (14th Jan); but still on 150 today.

Any suggestions, or just wait it out?

It would be worth powering down the router for a full 30 minutes and then running a speed test again once the router has been switched back on.
